If after the first session, you feel that this therapy is not for you, the fee you have paid will be returned to you immediately.

 

Payment

Payment is required before the therapy session.

 

Resignation

A session can be cancelled up to 24 hours before it occurs and a full refund will be paid. In the event of a no-show due to the client's fault, the full fee will be deducted.
 

In the case of sessions purchased in packages, a maximum of two meetings may be cancelled or postponed (up to 24 hours before the agreed date). In the event of cancellation by the client or the client's failure to attend more than two sessions, the cooperation is suspended and the fee for the rest of the package will not be refunded.
