By booking or participating in any private or group session with Agnieszka Domanska, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Nature of the Services
I understand that the therapies and modalities offered by Agnieszka Domanska, including but not limited to:

* The Body Code®
* The Belief Code® by Dr Bradley Nelson
* Healing Remembered
* Sanomentology
are complementary energy-based wellness modalities intended to support emotional, mental, physical, and energetic wellbeing.
These services are not a substitute for professional medical care, psychiatric care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or licensed healthcare services. Information provided during sessions is not intended as medical advice and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Medical Disclaimer
I understand that no physician-patient or therapist-client medical relationship is created through participation in these sessions.
I further understand that these therapies are not intended to replace:
* medical treatment,
* medication,
* psychotherapy,
* counselling,
* psychiatric care,
* or any healthcare advice provided by qualified medical professionals.

No Guarantee of Results
I understand that Agnieszka Domanska makes no guarantees, warranties, or claims regarding healing, recovery, or the prevention of any illness or condition.
Results may vary from person to person, and all services are undertaken voluntarily and at the client’s own risk.
Complementary Support
These therapies are intended to promote harmony, balance, relaxation, stress reduction, and support the body’s natural ability to heal on an energetic level.
They are designed to complement conventional medical or therapeutic treatments on an energetic level and are not intended to replace them.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions and meetings is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Personal data is handled in accordance with the website Privacy Policy.
Payment
Payment is required prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Individual Sessions:
* Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time for a full refund.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the full session fee being charged.
Packages:
* For sessions purchased as part of a package, a maximum of two appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
* If more than two sessions are missed, cancelled late, or unattended, the cooperation may be suspended and no refund will be issued for the remaining sessions in the package.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If after the first session you feel that the therapy is not suitable for you, the fee paid for that first session will be refunded.
